About Securing Water for Food
Securing Water for Food: A Grand Challenge for Development is focused on addressing critical water challenges along the food value chain. Our goal is to source and accelerate later-stage market-driven innovations that will enable the production of more food with less water and/or make more water available for food production, processing, and distribution. We target critical gaps in technology and business model innovatiions that address water efficiency and reuse; water capture and storage; and salinity and salt water intrusion.
